Promotional Shipping Limitations / Restrictions
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories do not qualify for free shipping, promotional offers, or upgrade coupon offers. Orders for items that have a dimensional weight of more than 60 lbs. and orders for large props do not qualify for these offers. We will contact you for additional cost for shipping these items. Not all ship to addresses will qualify for free or upgraded shipping promotions. Limit one use per customer. Shipping discounts that require a code cannot be combined or used with any other discounts or coupons.

Return Policy
Please read this section carefully to make sure you fully understand our Return / Exchange policy. If you don't understand this policy, we urge you to contact our Customer Service department to answer any questions before proceeding with your purchase.
This return policy applies to items purchased on this website and not from the Danny’s Trix & Kix, Inc. retail store.
To return a costume you must contact us via e-mail at sales@Dannystrixkix.com or call 281-528-0114 within three (3) business days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for ALL returns/exchanges.
Dannystrixkix.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number (RA Number).
RA Numbers must be obtained before you ship your costume back.Costume(s) returned without an RA Number will be refused and no refund will be given. Once return authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within two (2) business days of the return authorization date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Open your costume and try it on as soon as it arrives. Costume(s) being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. If we determine that the merchandise has been worn or otherwise damaged there will be no credit issued. All returns are at our discretion.
Each product is double checked prior to shipping to ensure that all items that should be included are included and there is no damages. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, contact the carrier immediately. Once your order leaves the warehouse we assume no responsibility.
Be sure and ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible if a costume(s) is returned without a means of tracking or delivery confirmation and is lost. If we cannot verify receipt of the return item no credit will be given. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order. All costs associated with shipping the packages are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning merchandise due to an error such as being shipped the wrong costume we will refund the return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned within the guidelines of our policy and the amount of postage printed on the package. Remember to request tracking and delivery confirmation.
Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your credit card. Returns are typically processed within two weeks. During the Halloween season this process can take up to four weeks.
If you need a different size, color, or a different costume all together, you must place a new order for the new costume. This is because your new choices maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and will help expedite your replacement costume(s). For your protection our system does not allow us to change your order once it has been completed.
If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically return the item to you. We will send you an email stating the reason for the denial. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable USPS or FedEx return shipping and handling fees. Otherwise, items that are not claimed within thirty (30) days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.
There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on special orders or sale items.
Halloween Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates:
ALL orders shipped between October 15 and November 1 CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
