Note: Costume styles, colors and fabrics are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production changes. These changes are beyond our control. We are not always notified of these variations but will make changes to the website descriptions and images as soon as we are.

Q.How are the costumes sized?

A.Costume manufacturers provide general size guidelines that usually correspond to clothing sizes.

Men's Sizes refer to Jacket Size.
Women's Sizes refer to Dress Size.
Child Sizes refer to child Size, not age.

Costumes run small. If you are between sizes you should choose the larger size. Size charts are provided for each manufacturer. There is a link to the appropriate size chart on each costume product page. Q.Will I receive all of the accessories shown in the photos on the website?

A.The costume description contains a complete list of the items included with the costume. Items not listed may be available in our Accessories Department. If you don’t find what you are looking for e-mail us at sales@Dannystrixkix.com or call 281-528-0114.


Q.What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

A.If we are unable to fill your order for any reason you will be notified within 48 hours. You can call Customer Service Tuesday – Saturday at 281-528-0114 to check availability.

If you're interested in an item that is out of stock contact the customer service department and we will send you an e-mail as soon as the item becomes available. Items like mascot costumes can be special ordered, contact our Customer Service at 281-528-0114 for more information.

Q.Back Orders:

A.In the event that your order has any back ordered item(s) they will be canceled. Only items in stock will be shipped to keep from delaying the delivery of your order. All back order items will be canceled unless we are notified via email ONLY at sales@Dannystrixkix.com. If you choose to have your back ordered item(s) shipped when stock becomes available, there will be an additional shipping charge.


Q.If I don’t see an item on your website does that mean you don’t have it?

A.Not necessarily. Danny’s Trix & Kix has been located in Spring, TX for more over 43 years and we have a lot more items in stock that we are able to list on our website. If you’re looking for something you didn’t find contact us by e-mail at Info@Dannystrixkix.com


Q.What credit cards does dannystrixkix.com accept?

A.Dannystrixkix.com accepts VISA, Master Card and Discover.

Q.Can I make changes to my order?

A.Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our system is set up to automatically process your order. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Q.Can I return a costume?

A.Yes, you may return your costume as long as it meets our Refund / Exchange policy. Please read this policy before placing your order.If you have any questions as to our refund / exchange policy and how it applies to your purchase, we strongly suggest that you contact our customer service department before placing your order.

ONLY COSTUMES ARE RETURNABLE. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned costumes must have a return authorization number (RA Number). RA Numbers must be obtained before you ship your products back.

Halloween Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates:

ALL orders shipped between October 15 and November 1 CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Q.How long will it take to receive my order?

A.Most in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours or two (2) business days. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped and your shipment will arrive one to five days, depending on which shipping option you chose when you placed your order. After your order is shipped you can track it online at www.USPS.com or www.fedex.com.


Q.How much does shipping cost?

A.Dannystrixkix.com ships all merchandise via USPS or FedEx and shipping charges will vary depending on the size and weight of the boxes. All oversized and multiple box shipments are subject to higher shipping charges. You will be notified prior to shipping if your order incurs any additional shipping charges.

Q.Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A.We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military addresses at this time.


Q.Do you ship outside the U.S?

A.We are unable to ship to international locations at this time.


Q.What happens if I refuse my package?

A.At the time of delivery, if you refuse your package without prior authorization from dannystrixkix.com you are still responsible for the shipping and handling charges to and from and a restocking fee. When your package arrives back in our warehouse, you will be refunded for the cost of your costume less a 25% restocking fee only.
