Refunds & Returns

Can I return my order?

Only Costumes can be exchanged or returned. All returns must be postmarked within
3 business days from receipt of order. No returns or exchanges on any other items.
Please refer to Return/Exchange Policy before requesting a Return Authorization Number. No Costume can be returned without prior authorization and a RA number. Without this number all returns and/or exchanges will be refused and no credit will be issued. You can receive this number by emailing us at sales@dannystrixkix.com or calling Customer Care at 281-528-7136. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the returned package.

If I don’t like the costume can I return it?

Only costumes can be exchanged or returned. No returns or exchanges on any other items.
All returns must meet Return/Exchange Policy requirements.

If I order the wrong size can I exchange the costume for a different size?

Yes, but a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges will be the customers responsibility in event of an exchange. Please refer to Return/Exchange Policy.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

We cannot cancel an order once it is placed due to our system automatically processing your order. This is why we CANNOT make changes. If an error is made, you will need to accept the order and contact us about a Return Authorization Number so that the order can be returned if the return policy allows for a refund. We will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees once your order has been placed. If you are notified that an item is not in stock and you wish to cancel the order you will not be charged.

All refunds are for the cost of the costume only. No shipping and handling charges will be refunded. Any return received with missing items, damages, worn or without original packaging will not be issued a credit.

How long does it take for a refund?

It takes about 10 – 14 days to process your return order and to issue a refund credit to your credit card company. Note: shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
